These terms cover your use of this website and participation in the Hive private beta, operated by ISANNA TECNOLOGIA LTDA ("isanna"). By applying for or taking part in the beta, you agree to them.

The private beta

• The beta is invite-only and free during the beta period. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
• The software is pre-release. It may change, break, or be discontinued, and it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Don't rely on it for production-critical work during the beta.
• We may contact you for feedback. You're free to leave the beta at any time.

The open-source Core

Hive Core is free and open source under the Apache License, Version 2.0 — an OSI-approved open-source license that includes an explicit patent grant. Your use of the Core is governed by that license, not these terms. Hive Cloud (the hosted commercial service) is separate, and its own paid subscription terms are at Cloud Terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or beta to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, isanna is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the beta or this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
