isanna Hive is a product of ISANNA TECNOLOGIA LTDA ("isanna", "we"). This notice explains what we collect through this website and the Hive private-beta application, and how we use it. It does not cover memory data you self-host in Hive Core — that stays on your own infrastructure and is never sent to us.

What we collect

When you apply for the private beta, we collect only what you enter in the form: your work email and your answers about your role, team, agent workflow, and needs. We may record basic request metadata (timestamp, user-agent) to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To review your application against our cohort-selection criteria and follow up with you.
• To understand demand (e.g. self-host vs hosted interest) so we build the right thing.
• For nothing else. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Applications are stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database and a transactional email is sent to us via Resend so we see your application. Both are processors acting on our behalf. We retain applications only as long as needed to run the beta program.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your application data at any time. Email hello@isanna.ai and we will action it. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/EEA under GDPR, Brazil under LGPD) you may have additional rights; the same address reaches us for any of them.
